Partners

One Call. A Whole Network Behind It.

You deal with one company. Behind that sits the room, the rig, the crew and the platforms — already lined up, already accountable to us.

How It Fits Together

We Do Not Hand You a List of Vendors.

One Point Production runs the production, books the talent, staffs the crew and brings the backline. What we do not carry ourselves, we source — and we source it from people we have already worked a room with.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. A referral hands you a phone number and a second contract to manage. A partner arrives briefed on the run of show, scheduled against the same load-in, and answerable to the same team you have been talking to since the first call.

You never chase any of them. When something moves — and something always moves — it moves inside one team instead of across six.

Platforms & Partners

Who We Work With by Name.

Named relationships, not a logo wall. Each one is a company whose work our events actually run on.

Ticketing & Audience Platform

The Band Pass

Our shows run on The Band Pass. It sells the tickets, but that is the least of what we use it for — the on-sale, the door, the box-office numbers and the audience a show builds all come out of one system instead of three that disagree with each other on Monday morning. For the artists and venues on it, all of that is free.

Production & Equipment

Potent Productions

A production house we work alongside when a build outgrows a single crew. They carry the inventory across audio, lighting, video, staging and rigging, and the people who know how to fly it and strike it on schedule.

The Rest of the Network

Sourced by Us, So It Is Not Sourced by You.

These are disciplines rather than a vendor directory — the right supplier depends on the room, the date and the budget, and picking them is part of the job you are hiring us for.

Venues & Rooms

Clubs, theaters, ballrooms and outdoor sites across the Front Range, including the ones whose quirks only show up at load-in.

Staging, Rigging & Power

Decks, roof systems, barricade and distro, sized to the room and the load rather than to whatever was in the yard.

Video & LED

Walls, projection and camera packages for rooms that need the back row to see what the front row sees.

Catering & Hospitality

Crew meals, artist hospitality and rider fulfilment, handled so nobody is solving lunch at noon on show day.

Security & Medical

Licensed staff scaled to the room and the crowd, briefed on the run of show rather than posted at a door.

Transport & Trucking

Getting gear, crew and talent to the room on time — including the runs nobody budgeted for until the week of.

Photo & Video

Shooters who know how to work a live room without ending up in the middle of it.

Talent & Agencies

Agency and management relationships on the booking side, so an offer reaches the right desk instead of a general inbox.

For Vendors & Venues

Become a Preferred Vendor.

We keep a short list of suppliers, rooms and crew we call first — audio, lighting, staging, video, catering, security, transport, and the rooms themselves. Being on it means real work, not a listing in a directory.

Preferred vendors get the advance early and the run of show in writing, deal with one coordinator instead of a committee, and get paid on terms that do not make you chase us. In exchange we ask for sharp pricing and crews who show up when they said they would.

If that is how you work — or you book a room across Colorado and want shows in it — tell us what you do and where you do it. The people we call first are the ones we have already worked with.

One Point of Contact. Everyone Else Is Our Problem.
